Harold Allen - Associate Pastor/ Congregation Care Pastor
The Congregational Care Ministry is responsible for building a sense of community in the church through reaching out to minster to the special needs of church members. This is to show the love of Christ in action.
Congregational Care ministries include: Benevolence, Bereavement, Encouragment, Special Needs of Members.
Ceola Curley Jr. - Associate Pastor/ Pastor of Outreach (Community Development)
Community Development has the purpose of transforming and restoring the communities outside of the church. We seek to promote, educate, and mobilize the body of Christ at large to be more involved in the community. This will be accomplished through the many ministries and para-church programs associated with Conquerors Bible Fellowship Church.
Community Development ministries include: Standard-Bearers Foundation, The Patriots Resource Center for Veterans, The Pearland Invitational Golf Tournament
Isaac Mahoney - Associate Pastor/ Pastor of Adult Education
Adult Education is designed to prepare, challenge, and inspire women and men to a life of Christian discipleship and growth. It is our desire and mission that every adult become a full and fulfilled disciple of Jesus Christ, and that each person will have a passion for Christian service, whether it is across the street or around the globe.
Adult Education ministries include: Ministry Development Classes, Singles Classes, Single Parent Classes, College and Career Classes, and other Training Programs
Christian Tucker – Associate Pastor/ Director of Worship/ Director of Media & Marketing/ Host & Producer of "Guarding The Truth" Video Series
Worship is giving honor and respect to God. Appearing before Him in a sense of respect, awe, reverence, honor and homage. It needs to be facilitated in a manner that holds us to our responsibility to excellence, so that we may be a church to impact the world.
Worship ministries include: Praise Team, Greeters, Ushers, Video ministries

La June Dixon - Human Resources
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Rick Dixon - Administration/ Elder
Responsible to the Pastor for administering the business affairs of the church and
working with church members and staff to achieve the objectives of the church. Establishes policies and procedures within the church.
Michael Martinez - Office/ Church Business Administration
Manages the day-to-day operations of the church. Implements the strategic goals and objectives of the church. Develops programs, organizational and financial plans and responsible for the application and administration of plans/policies.
Micky Williams - Finances/ Elder
Responsible for providing financial, and administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. Engages financial analysis in areas such as forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
